Cancellation of a scheduled session must be 24 hours prior to a scheduled class. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to the full amount of the class. Classes may be rescheduled but must be used before the end of the contract term. ARC Pilates reserves the right to make discretionary decisions in regards to cancellations.
