Amy is the driving force behind creating opportunities for the Canadian Pilates community to unite.
Amy has been working on community initiatives for over a decade. She is passionate about creating an inclusive community for teachers from every background. She firmly believes that we should keep building a bigger table so that everyone has a seat.
Amy is an NCPT-certified Pilates teacher, the owner of ARC Pilates in Cochrane, AB, the co-founder of the University of Pilates, and Pilates Mentors. Amy is also a Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach and brings a unique coaching lens to her teaching and business building. She teaches the power of community, connection and collaboration worldwide.
Amy created this weekend for Pilates lovers to make Pilates events accessible in Canada. Amy is super motivating. She brings so much connection and innovation to the Pilates community to create a one-of-a-kind event.

ARC Pilates acknowledges that we are situated on Treaty 7 territory, the traditional lands of lyarhe Nakoda peoples of the Chiniki, Bearspar and Goodstoney First Nations. Trasty 7 is also home to the Tsuut’ina, Niitsitapi peoples of Siksika, Piikani and Kainai First Nations, as well as the homelands of the Metis Nation of District 4.
